Sunweb package worked fine for me but I really don't know how well they would cope if things went wrong - I was especially worried about what would happen if my Easyjet flight was one of the many that were cancelled on my return. The transfer company they used were excellent - but did not provide the return pickup times as suggested in my documentation - I had to call them for it. It would also have been nice if the lift pass that is included in all their holidays was waiting at the hotel or given out by the transfer agent rather than having to find out where to collect it from and potentially queue for it. The description of the hotel's location was wrong too - it is 900m uphill to the local pistes and where the lift pass is collected from. The free ski bus is 50m away but I didn't have the information on how to use it on arrival. The hotel was excellent with excellent food each day too - worth adding to your description is the free ski cellar below the hotel

The staff was very friendly the food and service was exceptional. Very close to the ski lift to collect your pass, short walk to the bus stop to the slopes. Staffs English wasn't great so communication was limited. WiFi only in reception not in the rooms

I liked the hotel and I didn't mind that no English was spoken however this proved to be a problem when I had my ski boots stolen from the Ski Cellar.
