We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Fatlar and would recommend it to anyone - the room was super clean and comfortable, with fresh decor, nice lighting and a lovely painted night sky ceiling when the lights are out. The staff were friendly, the spa facilities exceeded expectations and the food was very good. We spent most of our time outside of skiing in the hotel as we loved it so much. We had a package that included food - the buffet breakfast was brilliant, varied and well stocked, and the evening meal was a 5 course meal of mostly Austrian traditional dishes, which were delicious. The service in the restaurant was incredible at all times! The only thing I would mention is that we are usually vegan, and would have struggled a bit for food if we had stuck to this during our holiday. The hotel was accommodating, removing meat from dishes on the dinner menu when we asked, but there were not always vegetarian alternatives for each course for us to choose.
