From your balcony you have stunning views of the natural surroundings and cross-country skiing tracks, an ideal area for cross country skiing and hiking enthusiasts. The cross-country skiing tracks are just a stone's throw from the complex which means that you can ski right to and from your doorstep! Near to the complex you will find a bus stop, this bus can take you to the centre of Zell am See and the Areit-bahn. The ski bus to the Kaprun glacier also stops right next to the Areit-bahn. So if you want to enjoy the pistes here, all you have to do is hop off the bus! The complex is located in the centre of the Schüttdorf district. If you want to visit the busier village of Zell am See you can take the ski bus that departs near your apartment.Location and surroundings
