Dormio Resort Les Portes du Grand Massif is an excellent choice if you are looking for luxurious complex in the diverse ski region of Le Grand Massif. The resort itself is located in the stunning Hameau de Flaine in-between forests and with spectacular views.

The traditional chalets are divided into apartments and the ski lift is just at the bottom of the piste across the road from the complex. The apartments are spacious and tastefully decorated with some being able to accommodate up to 12 people. They all contain a luxury kitchen and a balcony with some even containing on-suite bathrooms. The complex has a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a jacuzzi so you’ll be able to recharge after skiing all day.

For those looking to enjoy the après-ski after a day on the slopes, don’t put away your skis or board too quickly as you’ll need to use the piste to get to the centre of Flaine. After you’ve enjoy a few beers or glasses of wine in one or more of the many bars a ski bus will take you back to the complex.
