Apartment was well situated. Reception was not open at advertised times. A notice on the reception door advised that we should go to the main office in the centre of town to check in. There was no wi fi as stated in accommodation details as it was an extra.

We arrived after the reception opening hours (surely common when people catch flights at varying times) but when we called both the 'out of hours' and 'emergency' numbers there was no answer. We were left standing in the cold for quite some time before we managed to get hold of our Sunweb rep who told us the code for the keybox. This could have easily been avoided. This also meant that we went without linen for the first night. The apartment was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to one of the lifts. It could definitely have been cleaner but was well stocked with kitchen items. We did have to buy our own toilet paper, washing up liquid and soap though which was a bit annoying.
