Waited for 2 hours outside the chalet for a key to get in no bedding or towels never before have I ever paid for towels or bedding had to make our own beds up not very clean one of the showers was broke which we fixed and one of the toilets was broke which we fixed and we had to pay for cleaning and bedding which I think is disgusting
