Spacious accommodation close to slopes shops and cafes .Great value for money

The accommodation was not as described, although we complained nothing was done to rectify the problems, even though we sent emails and texts,checking in was not an easy process took 2 hours after arriving at the resort, no one around to help, the resort blamed it all on Sunweb, definitely would not use them again

We arrived at El Tartar at 22:45 after a 3.5 hour coach transfer from Barcelona. The coach dropped us off at the bus stop in the village with no information as to how to find accomodation. The streets were deserted and luckily spoke to a bin man who gave us directions to find the accomodation. When we found the accomodation the reception was all locked up and in darkness and had closed for the evening. Eventually after numerous attempts at phone calls to out of office phone number we were given a pass code to access the key safe to gain access to our accomodation. This should have been clearly documented on the paperwork, if there was no phone signal or flat battery we would have had no room for the night in a cold ski resort in the middle of winter. Apart from the initial issue with acces to the accomodation every other apect of the holiday was fantastic. All lift passes and ski hire passes were with reception when we officially checked in the following morning and overall had a fantastic few days skiing.

We arrived late at night and asked to change apartments the following morning as there was no view as the apartment was on the ground floor totally surrounded by other blocks, with fencing and breeze block walls approximately 2metres away and overlooked by neighbouring blocks 4 stories high. We were moved to another block with more light, which was more acceptable for our stay however still no views as described on your website. Reception stated the booking was for a standard room only so the website is misrepresentative if this is the case. The Pierre and Vacances website has an extra charge for Mountain View’s.
