Staff were very accommodating and very helpful..only thing wrong was hotel shut down on our last day and you need to put area lift pass in ski pass as we thought we had paid for but it was only local area ..

Beds were never made. Room was supposed to be cleaned 3 times during our stay, it wasn’t. Had to twice ask the young lady serving breakfast for toilet roll as nobody ever on reception.was advertised as all inclusive and wasn’t at all…overall very disappointing.

Friendly staff, excellent food. Room fairly basic, but more than we were expecting. A great hotel overall.

The staff were superb, the food was brilliant. The hotel is tired and the rooms could do with a mid week hoover and clean.

The hotel was not on a higher end standard but was clean and good enough to spend the time in. We loved the lounge and restaurant with a beautiful view. The biggest impact to my great experience made the people, Maria - hotel manager and other ladies working in service. We have never had such an amazing and friendly service in France. Maria is an angel and she helped me with the hospital trip and collected me from there as soon as I called. We had a lovely chat and I am grateful to get to know this beautiful and experienced person. Another point I would like to make is the dinner in Le Panoramic hotel. As we travel a lot and have experienced loads of hotel kitchens, I have to say the chef there is a master. I am not talking about an expensive dinner in a five star hotel. I am talking about an amazing chef with a great taste who can create wonderful dinner possibly on a budget. He has a great taste and skills to make a simple dishes to taste amazing. We are grateful for that. We want to send our best greetings to the whole staff and to say thank you for that. We will definitely consider coming back.

Hotel is a little shabby and the room was a little cramped. But the staff and hotel was very relaxed warm and friendly.

The hotel is extremely tiered and the food is basic. It is however situated in the the centre of the very quaint town of Chatel with a friendly feel, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. A 20-minute bus ride is required to access the main ski lift. Having said that the price paid for this all-inclusive holiday was value for money. So if looking to ski on a budget the Hotel Panoramic is worth considering.

On the plus side the Hotel Panoramic was on the main bus route to the various lifts and the bus stops were about 50m from the hotel entrance. The hotel staff were all very friendly and the all inclusive feature worked well (free wine and beer and able to make sandwiches for lunch). Chatel is a lovely village with several bars/restaurants and a good base to explore the ski area, although we often headed off towards Pré la Joux as there were more options using that as the starting point. Couple of negatives, The food was very mixed - some days great but others not so and they sometimes ran out of bread at breakfast. The hotel contact number no longer works so if you are arriving out of hours you will need to go through the Sunweb rep to insure you can get into the hotel!

The hotel was a disaster! This is my third stay and the standards and customer service had dropped dramatically. The staff couldn’t care less for the comfort of the guests. The bar was dirty and the bar staff were rude! The dining experience was equally poor- every morning there was insufficient food and we had to wait constantly for items to be replenished. I would never recommend this establishment again and would also think twice about booking with Sunweb based on this experience- this was the opinion of many of the guests staying at the same time as us.

the hotel is very dated, rooms not cleaned the whole time we were there. Breakfast was very limited but evening meal good. All inclusive should include spirits at the bar and not just beer and wine . Very understaffed

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms basic, but clean. Food was good with a vegetarian option every night. It was great to be able to make a packed lunch for the slopes. We would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful. The hotel sticks to it's 1970s origins, which looks great but could do with a refresh.

Great destination with brilliant customer service. Very enjoyable overall albeit the hotel is now starting to look a little dated.
