La Rosière is a quiet, traditional village, located at an altitude of 1850 meters within the beautiful and impressive mountain region of Le Massif La Tarentaise, on the border with Italy. The village is located in a great area and has beautiful views over the valley. In the village there are several shops, restaurants and bars to relax in.

The majority of the slopes are situated on the southern slope of Haute-Tarentaise allowing the possibility of spending the whole day skiing in the sun.
