Fantastic location near the slopes, some amazing views from the hotel. There was a good range of food at the buffet, and food was generally of a good quality. We had one vegetarian who didn't struggle to eat, though options were sometimes limited. Hotel was well staffed and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and of an average size, beds were comfortable. Some small criticisms are that room decor was a bit dated, and all rooms had a small bath with hand held shower. The space in the ski locker room was a bit tight and it was difficult to find a space to put boots on during peak times. Overall we had a great stay and would happily re-visit. Les Arcs was a great resort for all in our group of skiers and boarders with mixed abilities, and we enjoyed the pool, luge and zipline.

1. There was no discount for taking our own skis and NOT using your ski hire facility. With a charge of £75 to take our own skis on Easyjet. This lack of discount, alone, would preclude us using Sunweb again. 2. As a family group, we asked for our 3 rooms to be close together, at the Hotel. We were placed miles apart, on arrival, and the Hotel made a huge effort to get us together, after 1 night. Well done for the great work by Hotel staff, but not well done by Sunweb, in the first instance. 3. The transfer from resort to Geneva was a disaster. With a late flight (dep 2045 on Sat), we expected a pick up around 1400 ( 3 hour transfer to Geneva) and had arranged a mornings skiing for Saturday. On Friday evening we found out the pick up was 1100 and had to cancel the ski! At short notice, the transfer was changed to 1200 and, because a coach was provided, it was impossible to collect us from the Hotel so we had to trek, for 700 metres, to the bus depot (Gare Routiere du Charvet) but no bus was there. Apparently, the coach could not enter the bus depot! This meant several phone calls with the driver and a further trek of 300 metres. These treks, with 3 children and 2 elderlies and full baggage were extremely stressfull.

The Hotel experience was more than what we expected and we felt well taken care of from arrival to departure. The facilities were incredible.

Had the same choice of breakfast, lunch and salad every day, would have liked more variety.

The hotel is good. Corridor system odd, but does mean you don't have to use the lift. However, there is a central well between the two corridors which was easy to climb and therefore quite terrifying with a 3 year old! Needless to say, you can't take your eyes off them outside of the room for a second! Nice to have a bath, but shower heads need to be placed higher in order to make them functional for hair washing. Locker rooms not cleaned all week. Used covid test on floor for example which my 3 year old kept trying to pick up. Otherwise nice hotel, functional, updated rooms with views of mountains or trees/valley. Lots of French entertainment available. We did the cahoot evening which was fun. Live music every night too. Slope access good, although we were v late in season, so had to walk further than most!

The hotel had a very bad smell in reception and the entrance. Our room was not vacuumed the whole week. It was very targeted towards French customers. Menus were in French only and there was no food allergy information provided. The food was pretty poor quality, the best thing was the salad bar. The general cleaning in the hotel was not good. Dirty carpets with the same rubbish on the stairwell for the week. Great location for access to the slopes
