Information we received stated that the accommodation reception would be open until 10pm. We arrived at 9.40pm to find reception closed and an envelope stuck on shutter telling us which room we were in and to pick up keys in morning. This meant having to find room in a large complex late at night, whilst carrying all our luggage, including ski bag. Also, had to pay extra for towels from reception, so this meant we had no towels until the following morning, when we could collect from reception. Room was clean but very 'worn out'. The walls were covered in marks and carpet was stained and burnt in places. On the journey out, I received a WhatsApp message, supposedly from a guide called Robin, as there was no Sunweb rep at our resort. However, when trying to reply with a question it turned out this was just an automated service which was a complete waste of time. I probably will not be using this company again.

Excellent ski-in-ski-out accommodation also close to lift connection to Mottaret Centre. Fantastic staff managed to have the room ready nearly two hours early when we arrived before check-in. Ski hire and supermarket next-door, plus a great little pizza place and bar. Highly recommend.
