The location of the hotel to the ski school meeting point is perfect. The majority of the hotel staff were fabulous, especially Paul, Natalie and Matilde. The breakfast staff member was rude and argumentative, only to English people (I speak fluent French so this was obvious to me). He scared my friend and her child, she informed reception at the time, he can be identified as fair haired with tattoos on his arms. This put us on edge every morning. The spa was only free to us between 10am-2pm, which Sunweb did not inform us of. We therefore did not use it as we were skiing during the day and it would have been an extra charge in the afternoon and evening. This was disappointing. The rooms were large but dimly lit. The ski shop, locker rooms, bars and public areas were good. The ski hire staff were so kind to my children. Check in was easy and car parking good. Childrens many was good, Childrens portions were large (our kids eat a lot so this is good). The adult portions were small, would be nice to have more vegetables with dinner.

The accusation had amazing facilities but if we wanted to use the spa after skiing (the whole reason we went for this expensive hotel) we would have had to pay £50 every day! This wasn’t clear on booking. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant but the towels were not regularly changed.

Fabulous boutique hotel in great location. Loved the artwork. Spacious, spotlessly clean room with plenty of storage. Very comfortable bed. Rooms very peaceful. Only slight negative was room lighting very poor. Lovely cosy bar area with amazing views of slopes. Delicious, plentiful and varied breakfast. Only booked B&B so can't comment on evening meal. Great ski hire shop on lower floor with ski in ski out access from locker room. All staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
